Your First Tentamancy Class
You enter the room... It looks like you made it just in time.
[Proffesor Inkworth]: Welcome to class young ones, anyone who is new please get your ring... it is essential for summoning.
You walk up and retrieve the silver ring with a dark green emerald in the middle as you put it on it glows for a second before going back to normal
[Random Student]: Why did the ring just glow?
[Proffesor Inkworth]: Ahh good question young student... It glowed as you have now made a magical contract with the tentacles within that stone... you may notice you are unable to remove the ring as well
He is right, you try pulling the ring off but it won't budge... looks like you are stuck as a Tentamancer.
[Proffesor Inkworth]: Now students listen up as I explain how to channel energy through the ring... Hold one fist up so that the emerald is facing the roof.
you hold your fist in the air, as does the rest of the class
[Proffesor Inkworth]: Now hold 2 fingers in front of your face and focus on touching the roof
You hear a lot of grunting of people trying to channel the energy.
[Proffesor Inkworth]: Try visualising the goal
You shut your eyes and focus some energy, a lot of students still had the wrong idea of forcing it out... as you visualize a tentacle touching the roof you hear...
CRASH!
you look up and see 3 large tentacles that had crashed through the roof above your head.
[Proffesor Inkworth]: Great work, those of you who finish may leave class early
Congratulations you have finished your first class!
