Head out to the slums of the town

You power-walk your way towards to town's slums.
The drunks are either asleep or too wrapped up in their alcohol to bother you. You toss a quarter to a panhandler who asks you for spare change.
A tall building, unusual in the slums, catches your eye. You feel an urge to head for the top of it.
But as you start to turn towards it, a thick black girl looking not much older than you sticks her head out of the door of a house that looks like it should be condemned. "Want to have some fun, honey?" she purrs. "I'm Taliesha. For 50 bucks, you can have me for an hour."
You happen to have enough on you.
