Sam sends Brad to Mo's Moped and Motorcycle Shop where Mo tells Brad that there is no way to fix his broken moped and that he should simply buy another. Brad refuses and comes home bitter and empty handed. When Sam's moped is stolen he doesn't tell the police he suspects Brad of taking it, but decides to take matters into his own hands and burn down Brad's garage! When Sam is caught and convicted of arson, he is thrown into a Juvenile Detention center for two years for rehabilitation.
