Go back to your room and wait for a better time.

From Create Your Own Story

You decide that the only thing that can come out of staying is either being guilted into working or later become the subject of gossip, you'd rather not have that happen. As you rise to exit the room one of the royal cooks burst through the doors, panicking he ran towards the group of decorators. you roll your eyes, whatever happened you want no part of it. As you quickly make your way towards the door you notice Awen's, you think that was her name, eyes grow wide before frantically looking around the room as her eyes settle on you, and before you know it she's running over to you, her footsteps echoing through the hall.

"My Prince," she says out of breath, brushing her long blond hair out of her eyes, "thank goodness your here."

You inwardly cringe, so close but yet so far. you longingly look at the double doors about seven feet in front of you.

"I know that your probably busy but the kitchens have a problem, with the current restrictions on the sale of quale the chef was only able to get eleven birds. The chef said the hunter couldn't even give him a pass for working for royalty."

You inwardly curse, if there's one thing you hate its peasants complaining over the quality of festivals.

"So what you say, milady annoyed, "You want me to go to this hunter myself?"

Awen's expression remains blank for some time before she coughs and hastily looks at the ground. "Actually, the chef says you'd have a better chance of trying to get a wall to open its gates by itself." you ketch a glimmer of a blush spread across her face. "I was thinking you could go hunt the birds yourself."

"I mean because your such a good archer, but I mean of course not your the prince forget I said anything." she says before quickly running off to rejoin the others.

You shake your head trying to collect yourself, you then find yourself walking back towards your room with several options.

Go hunt the quale and screw your station.

Get someone else to hunt the quale.

Go back to your room and enjoy a cup of tea before returning to the great hall for the ceremony.
