Go after Cassandra and leave the woman here

You race out after Cassandra and catch her just as she was about to exit the hospital. You take her by the wrist and turn her around.
"What?" She asks, sounding angry. "Don't you have a woman you should be molesting?"
"It's not like that," you say. "I wanted to be sure she wasn't infected and then take her with us. I'm not trying to get weird with some poor woman who's mind has snapped. Surely you can't think that lowly of me?"
Cassandra sighs softly, then nods. "I'm sorry. I just, I dunno. I'm scared of being in this place too long and I'm acting weird because of it. I guess."
She shrugs. "And I don't think we should take the woman. Really. It's more trouble than it's worth. We have to save ourselves."
"Alright," you say. "Well, then we need to go."
