Focus on driving away the other fish first, and deal with the eel in your belly later

You ignore the eel that is thrashing wildly inside you and use the sharp rock to slash and tear at the other fish. It doesn't take long for most of the fish to flee, and the rest to focus on instead eating the ones you have killed.
This in turn means you can turn your focus towards preventing anyone from re-entering your cave, and in minutes, the last of the fish have disappeared, taking choice morsels of the dead fish with them.
You feel quite exhausted, and float down to the cave floor releasing the rock. Then you notice something - the eel inside you have stopped moving.
You laugh out loud when you realize it must have eaten its fill, and snuggled up inside to rest. You still feel very bloated, so it can't have eaten too many of your eggs. The stream of eggs that is escaping the eel's entry hole where once your clit were slows to a trickle, and you don't even bother closing it up. After all, you want the eel to leave!
Your cave is again quiet, and you can examine the damage to your breasts. Most of the breast meat have been eaten away, but you think you can live long enough for your eggs to hatch anyway. The mucus plugs seems to hold.
The days pass by, you easily fending off any intruders safe within your cave. You do try to move as little as possible to avoid spilling too many eggs out your hole. The next day, the naughty eel peeks out, but it does not seem to eat many more eggs, so you let it be. It swims out but soon returns, and you're grateful for the pleasurable sensations when it wriggles inside you yet again. Soon you have befriended the eel which makes its nest among the eggs inside your bowels. It even lets you use it as a dildo kind-of.
You break off a small bit of growth to count the days and mostly pass the time by stuffing your hole with your friend, the naughty eel.
It doesn't take long before you can start to feel your belly wriggling.
