You have a knack for getting information out of people you meet if you desire it, so you hit the streets looking for rumors and information. The trick is to sort through what you hear and make a determination on what truths and falsehoods you encounter. You have narrowed down a couple leads and decide to investigate further, other information you store away in the back of your mind for later use.
One guy claims to have information on the item you seek but he wants some compensation, another guy tells you about a threat of revenge on the Fleetswake celebration and urges you to attend.
