You head over to the coffee shop to refuel your body. And bring back some coffee for your GF.
You sit down at the counter. A smiling, busty blonde walks over.
"Good morning, sir. My name is Sofie. What can I get for you today?"
"Coffee and a cheese Danish for here, plus one black coffee to go, please."
"I'll have that right out to..."
Sofie's voice stops suddenly. You look at her. She looks at you.
"How long has it been?" she whispers.
"A long time."
"I still miss you. I haven't found anyone since you broke it off with me. A few one-night stands, that's it."
"Sorry."
"Well, let me get you your food."
She hastens to get your Danish and your coffees.
"Would you like my number?"
"I'm taken," you tell her.
"Maybe there's room for one more? A couple of the one-night stands were with women."
She sounds really desperate. You're kind of surprised. You'd have thought she'd be able to find someone. Unless she's really just been carrying the torch for you all this time...
