Daimyo - I don't think I can stand being just a peasant, even at first.

From Create Your Own Story

You always wanted to be on top. You know you would be able to lead your army to victory with confidence and elegance. What was the point of having another life if you had to work all over again? You could do so much more by being a daimyo. With the final decision made in your mind, the pod closed over you.

You find yourself in a green room with white veins pulsing through it every second or so, like a heart. You stare in awe at the realistic feel of everything; it was as if you were in a lucid dream. A bright light flashes before you and the Game Master appeared from it. Your heart beats rapidly as you gaze upon the handsome man. His smile seems to be god-send and illuminates the room. His green hair is rather odd, but you are much too busy staring at his golden eyes. He quirks his lips up in amusement and introduces himself as the Game Master. You straighten yourself now that you realize that he was, in fact, an important figure.

He speaks clearly with a husky voice, "Welcome to the Sengoku Basara Simulation where you will experience the life of the warring era, BASARA style! First off, what would you like to start off as?"

"I want to be a daimyo," you say confidently. Your heart skips a beat when you think of the possible glory and romance ahead of you. He nods and his golden android eyes project several teal screens on the wall behind you. You see that he has programed your name, age, and status already. He then proceeds to question you for five minutes. It only took that long to allow him to deduct your personality. This surprises you greatly. You have two sides of yourself, and you didn't think you showed them both to him.

He reports to you, "You are a daimyo in the Mutsu clan. You are the only remaining heir of the Mutsu since Date Masamune has killed most of your family members for betrayal. You are the clan's only hope to restoration." Your breath is taken away and you blank out.

You wake up with the sun's dim light in your face.
