D&D: FDS Sneak towards the city officials and the thugs

You listen on in on the altercation. The thugs insults the officials and one of them get bashed before the rest calms down. You simply walked a little further and feigned being interested in the shop in front of you to spy on the scenes. The officials prepare to leave when the thugs finaly starts gathering their stuff and leave with their tails beween their legs.
Speaking of tails between their legs... You realise they are probably frustrated. and wouldn't need much of a push to fuel your magic...
