"Sam, you need to stay here. You just met this woman, and she's acting like you two were married. She's nuts." You look to Sam, still trying to cover her nude body with her hands, afraid to move.
"You don't fucking know what's going on!" Alisha yells, pointing a finger at you. "You have no clue what Sam and I have!"
"I know it's nothing like you think it is, or she wouldn't have been with me."
Just then you hear pounding on the door, and it shocks the three of you out of your argument. It's the sounds of fists on the door. Someone has heard your screaming.
"Fuck," you say quietly, mostly to yourself. You'd almost forgotten the outside world and the chaos of it all. At least until now. Just as your thoughts begin to collect themselves, the door blasts open on it's hinges. Standing in the doorway is an obese man, naked and covered in what looks like human excrement. His face is full of pus dripping blisters, and his eyes move quickly to Sam's naked body.
"Fuuuuuuuuck..." it groans. "Kiiilllll."
