Well, Libya is a completely destroyed state with no real government other than where ISIS has their training camps. ISIS, as well, is also in a whole slew of other countries- Iraq... Syria... Yemen... Egypt... Mauritania... Oh, and Boko Haram has joined up with them too, now. We're bombing them, but our allies who are also bombing them are now also bombing the Houthi in Yemen, who are a proxy of Iran... who is also bombing ISIS. P.S. they've got nukes now and some nice Russian missiles to boot!
Africa's interesting, though. Who put all those Chinese flags over all the strategic resource deposits?
