Climb down and ride the tiger to the tower

After a while, you and the tiger reach the tower. Suddenly, the tiger speaks!
"This is where my master lives," it says.
"You can talk!" you exclaim.
"I am no ordinary tiger," the tiger says. "I am a wizard's familiar. My master is a cruel master, and found out that your cat had magical properties. He forced me to take her place as he stole her away. I did not want to confound and confuse you as he wished me to, but I am bound to remain in his control forever, unless the bond between me and him is broken."
