“A cop?” Demetri asks. “You don’t have a badge, officer.”

You panic and desperately try to think of a response. “Well,” you mutter, “That’s, uh, that’s because I’m, uh…”

“Dammit,” Demetri shouts. “I don’t have the patience for your bullshit. If you won’t tell me anything, I have no reason to keep you alive.” He pulls out his handgun and shoots you in the heart with it. You feel your body go cold and your surroundings turn to black as your soul leaves your body.
