You quietly get up and go over to Melanie. You sit down next to the cot and reach up to take her hand in yours. Her hand is still warm, and you feel grateful for that. She's breathing slightly, and you sigh when you realize she's still very much alive. Then she calls your name quietly, and you sit up quickly.

"Melanie?!" You ask.

"Yes," she says, almost whispering. "Come...closer..." she says, reaching up slowly to touch her parched lips. You lean in, smiling, happy to see she's still alive.

It's then you notice the blisters across her nose. You try to pull away, but she wraps her arms around your shoulders and pulls you off-kilter and sinks her teeth into your throat. The pain explodes through your body as she tears out a huge chunk of flesh. You fall backwards, blood gushing from the open wound.

As you fight to stop the blood flow with your hands, Melanie stands slowly, peeling off her clothing.

"Now..." she says," I...want...to...fuckkkkk you to deeeattttthhh...."

You die on the floor from blood loss, with Melanie trying to force you inside of her.
