Call for a cab home

You wipe the tear from your eyes and pull out your phone to call for your cab. A few minutes later your taxi arrives. You see your phone notify you of a new message:
("Hi this is Mike your ride is outside")
You walk to the cab and open the back door. The driver is silent you get an ominous feeling. The driver makes no conversation the entire ride home. You arrive at your destination. "thank you for the ride..." you said softly. The driver looks at you as you stand outside the car door. You stand still then slowly close the door. As you step away from the vehicle he slowly pulls off as you walk away.
