You look at the strange woman in awe as she looks back with a similar expression. You study her features carefully, her eyes are the colour of rubies and framed by long black lashes. Under the coating of black slime her skin is sallow and pale, black horns protrude from her temples and her long slender fingers are tipped with hooked black nails. Her thin and cunning face is framed by thick red hair which is plastered to her neck by the goop, a pair of wings lies folded behind her and a forked tail drapes over her hip. As you study her features you notice your own taloned hand. She notices it too and slowly reaches down to intertwine her fingers with yours, her hand the same size and shape. In that moment you realize that the two of you are the same.
You have met the first of your many brothers and sisters.
