An Embarrassing Adventure/outside-find front

You have an uneventful walk back to the front of the building, and you try to play it cool despite the fact that you have a feeling like butterflies in your stomach. The sidewalk is not busy, but you can tell that the few people walking by are looking exclusively at you, the naked woman in a towel.

As you get to the front door, you realize to your horror that it is locked. You push and pull, but the door does not budge. Peering into the glass window, you see that there is also no one at the secretary desk to draw attention from. It may be the afternoon, but they were nowhere near closing time, were they?

Well this seems like a hopeless case. You could look for another way in -- maybe a side or back entrance? -- or there is the possibility of walking home. You only live a few blocks away, after all, though do you dare walk home in nothing but a towel?

• There is no way I am walking home. Walk the perimeter.
• I should just go home and come back later to get my clothes.
