An Embarrassing Adventure/alley dog-behind spa

Behind the building is a spacious lot and, in the distance, the edge of a forest. You scan the back of the building and find an open door! A male employee is outside taking his smoke break, and calls out to you, "Ma'am? Is that one of our towels?"
You rush up to him and explain the situation. He responds with a laugh, and ushers you inside. "The employee lounge is the second door on the left. Nobody should be in there right now; I'll be in in a moment."
You thank him and quickly walk to the lounge, avoiding anyone's gaze. Inside, you seat yourself on a chair next to the entrance and wait for him. Like he said, the lounge is completely empty. To be fair, there seems to be very little reason to come in here other than a table, a few places to sit, and some unmarked boxes.
The employee enters and extends his hand. "On behalf of the entire spa, I am so sorry you have gone through this today. Give me your towel, and I will go get your clothes and put an extra day of time on your account, for all spa features and not just the sauna."
