"Commander, the ship is called the Nebulous. It is a cargo ship, about 120 - 130 years old. It is much bigger than our ships. There is considerable damage to its hull, including around its main port. You won't be able to dock at that port. The shields seem to be operational. The only transmissions we get are noise across all frequencies, although there is some evidence to suggest that its main reactor is working from certain fluctuations in the noise. The only other thing of interest is that one of the cargo bay doors seems to have been opened in the recent past, maybe a week ago."
