Laralawk

A horned, catbird race that typically lives in the forest. Horn shapes and face patterns vary between individuals, however there are more similarities between members of the same clan. Their wings aren't tremendously strong, and are only capable of gliding and short term flying. Their ears, nose, and eyes are rather sensitive.
Laralawks are technically omnivores, though they usually eat meat before anything else. Bird hunting is common in most of the clans, and some are quite skilled at fishing. It is not unusual to find a cannibalistic laralawk, although many of the clans do try to avoid it. Some laralawks have resorted to farming.
