Nicknamed "Patty," PatTar is a former moderator of CBC.

He is the owner of Tengan Stadium, a forum with a superior main site to CBC, but an inferior forum that died out when CBC became extremely active. He currently has a lot of affilates on his forum, which aside from CBC and the now dead Flame Spirit, have currently given his forum a 10 year old girl and a fucktard who bitched about the use of the term "gay".
