Wanijima Kaito

Wanijima Kaito is a character in Oh!Great's anime/manga series Air Gear. He's most well-known for keeping supporting character and kid brother Wanijima Akito in a cage and being the chief of police. He's the legal force against Air-Trek users, and shoots people up with (rubber) bullets when they disagree with him. Or hits them in the face with a whip. Yeah, after he shows up... things get a little weird...

Background
In Purgatory
Kaito works in the police department on Purgatory where he is second in command under the greatly disliked police chief. He uses his resources on the island to do everything he can to track down, reunite and punish his little brother. When he isn't doing that, you can expect Kaito to use excessive force and ignore blatant corruption in the ranks.
