From Canonwars
When an RPG closes, sometimes the drive to play the character remains. We accept 'dead' RPG characters, provided that the mod of the game approves. (We obviously don't want to step on any toesies.)
NOTE: while in the past we have accepted RP characters from dead games under old management, since the new management has stepped in feels like this doesn't make sense given the premise of Canon Wars, we are no longer allowing RP characters into the game. The ones that are currently in are allowed to remain, but otherwise all applications for old RP characters will be ignored.
