Saying that L isn't a little bit of a freak would be lying. He's known as the "Greatest Detective in the World," even though no one knows his name, or has seen his face. L has many different aliases, most of which are kept a secret. He has a very distinct way of sitting (with his legs propped up on the chair and his hands on his knees), answering the phone (usually with two fingers), and eating (by holding utensils and cups as far away from his body as possible as he tries to consume whatever's at the end). He has an affinity to sweets and a strong sense of justice. He hates to lose and doesn't ever seem to sleep. Ever.

He is played by Roni at moriautvincere and probably a lot of other journals. I wasn't kidding when I said he was a freak. His play by is Kenichi Matsuyama.
