History (series)

One day, while mixing random junk together in his lab, Professor Utonium accidentally broke a beaker of some sort of dangerous substance that he happened to have lying around. The substance - Chemical X - spilled into his mixture, and after a pretty impressive light show, produced three superpowered little girls without any sex involved on the Professor's part. The little girls became the protectors of their home of Townsville, and would be excused from kindergarden whenever the city needed saving.

In Purgatory

When Bubbles turned up in Purgatory, she discovered she'd gotten an age boost. Unfortunately, it was only physical and so she's still got the mentality of a little kid. Which means, of course, that she doesn't like boys or cooties, and her greatest fear is boys with cooties. She lives with her sisters in an apartment, and randomly flies around Purgatory looking for crime. Recently, she helped to apprehend Tank Girl, and is now an official Constable of the Night Watch.

Bubbles doesn't use capitals, apostrophes or commas when she types. She also has horrendous spelling and tends to use far more exclamation points than is necessary.
