If you happen to tune into Digital Channel 37.1 in your own home and decide you have a sudden craving for an anime show on an anime broadcasting network, and you point your dish antenna at the satellite coordinates, you will be greeted by an Anime National representative who will appreciate that you enjoy the show and require you to turn off your cell phone because of signal interference.

When Kenny McCormick unwittingly position the dish antenna of that satellite, he was watching Shin's Odyssey that follows Shin Nohara, chief Georgie and the Rodriguez Brigade.

McCormick could not have been expected to know when he wandered by the network that it's broadcasting Shin Chan and The California Stimps, an Anime National network executives who conducts all manner of high-definition transition that evolves from standard definition to high-definition broadcasting.
