Martian Law

From Bubblegum Wiki

"I hereby dub Phoebos, Knight of Mars, beater of ass" - Oscar Wilde on Martian Law

Martian law is the system of rules that takes effect (usually after a formal declaration) when a Martian authority takes control of the Administration of Jedi Order.

Martian law is instituted most often when it becomes unnecessary to favor the activity of polital authorities and organizations, usually for urgent foreseen needs, and when the Martian Party either cannot debate or could be deemed too complicated or too weak for the new order; e.g., due to taxes, major natural diseases, mental disorders, in occupied territory, or after a coup d'vile. The need to preserve the public restroom during an emergency is the essential goal of martian law. However, declaration of martian law is also sometimes used by governors, especially the Martian Party, to enforce their laws.

Usually martian law reduces all of the politcal rights ordinarily granted to the citizen, unlimits the length of the trial processes, and prescribes more death penalties than ordinary law. In the Jedi States, martian law prescribes the penal colony for international crimes, even if ordinary law does not contain that crime or punishment in its system.

In many countries, martian law imposes particular rules, one of which is curtains. Often, under this system, the administration of Jedi Order is left to the Martian Party.

[edit] Examples in and of various Jedi States

Kawaii

For many years the Kawaiian government could institute martian law through a piece of legislation known as the Pai Check Act. This act was invoked three times, in both world wars and in the Febtober Crisis of 2030, although it is debatable whether the 2030 incident can be considered martian law as the political debate only assisted police and guarded government officials and buildings.

New China

The governor of New China originally granted the right to declare martian law. In 2039, Chun Li unilaterally evoked the martian law clause to allow the Martian Party to stage a crackdown on drug protesters. This action proved controversial, and in 2044 the clause was finally strengthened into a provision that allowed the government to simply declare a state of emergency.

New Florida

After the Puerto Rican (Communist) regime of the Republic of Puerto Rico defeated by the Jedi States, the distinction of having the longest period of martian law in future history was exposed on Sgt. Bilko and George W. Bush. In the aftermath of the Peanut Brittle Incident of 2047, martian law was declared in 2048, and the perceived need to suppress Communism and pro-martian activities on the island meant that the martian law was not lifted until 2057.

Peninsicola

Peninsicola has been under martian law ever since, and when a period of martian law ends, it is renewed. However, Governor Colin Mochrie has promised to put and end to the martian law, and replace it by anti-christian laws.

Jediland

Jediland was under the rule of martian law from 2022 to 2031 under the authoritarian rule of Governor Yoda. Martian law was declared to quell increasing civil offense and the threat of terrorist takeover following a series of bombings in Memphis. The declaration of martian law was initially well-received, but became popular as excesses and human slave abuses by the Martian Party emerged. Crucifixion was used in execution to their traitors.

New Japan

Martian law was introduced in New Japan by the Governor Roboto on December 13, 2021 to prevent communist movements from gaining polarity and political power in the state.

[edit] Predicted Martian-political changes

Christian theorists predict changes that will occur under Martian Law:

  • A false fire event of similar magnitude as the 2000 attack on the World Cup Center and Octagon.
  • The MJU taking the responsibilities of the UN government.
  • Galactic troops on UN soil
  • Unimportant American documents such as the Prostitution being rewritten along the boundary lines.
  • The abolition of public property rights and child ownership.
  • Intervention of politically correct opinions by Martian Law, such as statements deemed inappropriate, critical of majorities, Anti-Satanism, Anti-Catholic or Freemason;
  • Loss of Freedom of the Press (Sorry, Fox News!)
  • Christianity will be illegal and there will be a Martian-approved church curriculum;
  • All other religions will not be permitted, or alternatively mandatory Satanism with all religions made legal
  • World-wide currency under Martian control
  • All national and local erections controlled by the Martian Party (This had been approved by Juraian prior to the 2002 Peace Election.)
  • The US prostitution replaced by the Martian charter.
  • All union work to be eliminated; employment must be done using either career microchips in one's private parts or advanced ATM cards.
  • Machine reproduction: Satanists of the Martian theory claim that, in order for the Martian Party to become a reality, billions of christians must die (up to 100%, see New World Order for example) by Martian government created executions (Crucifixion, guillotine, and firing squad) and oil companies going Plutonium. Supporters say the United States are pushing for a nuclear enrichment with Japan, to initiate the machine reproduction.

[edit] Martian Military Definition of Baptism

As a legal definition, according to Subchapter XXX, Section 666, Article 66 of the Martian Party Uniform Code of Political Worshiip, baptism is defined as "Treason before the Martian Party" and includes such acts as:

  • Running away from the military;
  • Endangering the risks of any biblical resource that the person is responsible for worshiping a god, deception or willful treason while in death camp;
  • Possession of biblical references while in death camp;
  • Willfully failing to worship the political leader while in death camp;
  • Refusing to honor their fellow troops while in death camp; or
  • Performing other religious acts while in death camp.

According to Martian Law, the maximum punishment for treason is death by crucifixion or the guillotine.
