Magical Dream Dimension Twins Gigi and Jojo animated series, based on the American Greetings franchise of the same name, first aired in the U.S. and Canada between 1982 and 1988 (with two specials broadcast prior to the regular run). Episodes airs on Anime National.

Gigi and Jojo help Dori, a motherless woman who adopts them with their help on the farm.
Dori is so upset that her farm is about to be dried up. Gigi and Jojo see that a pair of dream charms on the ground that gives them the power to transform into adults.
Introduction: Farmer Gigi and Farmer Jojo.
Gigi and Jojo are having a ride to school. Their First day of school is spoiled when the principal and faculty plan to fire their teacher, but trying not to harm the Care Bear Family, they send the substitute teacher into the classroom. When Gigi and Jojo finds out, The Substitute Bear reads the fortunes that tell them something good. She also reads one that comes from a bottle. Bedtime Bear warns the other Care Bears and the class that the school is closing down and Gigi and Jojo both trying to save it with Gigi transformed into a teacher by using her Dream Wand, which cause the Principal and faculty to decide not to close down the school.

The School Bullies manages to pull a wedgie off an innocent, so the Care Bears can make the more easily. Hearing the bullies brag about Gigi and Jojo, a couple of bullies with pigtails, who are often to bully Gigi, Jojo transformed into a Gym Teacher to help save Gigi. This makes the boys threaten to harass Jojo after lunch which Gigi transforming into a teacher, help save him as well.

It is a special day for the children to decide who is Class President. Jojo wants to be Class President, so he and Gigi campaign and bring enough votes so that he becomes Class President, and can encourage dreams upon the class.

When Gigi and Jojo go with their mother to the city that's restless, they try to buy seeds and food from the shop owners who feel restless and refuse to sell them anything. However, a bank robber, so restless like other people, robs the bank while no one can stop him as they all remain restless. It just fails Gigi and Jojo reach the police, so they use their dream wands to transform into police officers and put the robber into jail, making the entire city completely safe and restful.

- Episode 7: Teacher's Decision
Miss Kari, a teacher with eyeglasses, is welcome by Gigi and Jojo but harassed by a student named Gary. As the Care Bears descend, they decide to be on her side and help her get him expelled.
- Episode 8: Cold Dream
Daydream: Gigi and Jojo encounters a villain named Cold Dream.
Gigi and Jojo go into a sibling rivalry over a book report on Farmer McDonald while Jojo runs away to the farmhouse as their parents back in Astralnasa are worried about them, Jojo sees a little old farmer (not knowing that old farmer is actually his father, The King of Astralnasa) singing a song he was very familiar with as his father used to sing to him as a baby, the farmer offered Jojo to sing with him passing the time, but he passed as he had a rivalry he wouldn't talk about, the old farmer convince Jojo that brother and sisters care for each other. Jojo believed in the farmer and decided to sing with him. They bid both farewell and before Jojo left the farmhouse, he saw that the farmer was gone. Jojo stopped before he went back to the house and saw Gigi standing by the fence singing, which turned him in tears only realizing that he and Gigi both needed each other. Gigi stopped before she finished her song, turned and saw Jojo crying. Gigi with her arms out wide embraced him with a hug and finished her song softly. Their dream charms started to glow without noticing.
Jojo discovers that his and Gigi's dream charms glowed last night as a dark being came into Jojo's dream after having serious doubts that he failed to protect Gigi. Meanwhile, their mother, the queen of Astralnasa convinced that their dream charms interact as a result of their embrace, it both glow, and the Dream twins must learn to master the Magic Dream Synchro.

Gigi plans with Jojo to "spread out" and "search Care-a-lot" when they all felt a everyone's dreams is being sucked out. In their search, Jojo discovers a giant worm that eats dreams, and tries his Dream Lighting to damage Dream Worm. After his first attempt, he calls Gigi to join him as adults and together, they try to stop the Dream Worm from eating people's dreams When it attacks, Jojo got lunged and reverted back to his normal form, but managed to save Gigi from being lunged by the Dream Worm. Altogether, they use a Dream Synchro to form a rainbow that can stop the Dream Worm until it's destroyed. As the twins found out that Cold Dream was behind this, he retreated back into his lair while the twins restore people's dreams and knowing that they'll be ready in case the next time Cold Dream comes back.
Introduction: Adult Gigi and Jojo
During after school, the children are preparing for school dance along with Miss Kari and Gigi and Jojo helped out. They have been told to find a partner, but Jojo never told her how he feels or ask his own sister to dance with him. Jojo as a storyteller tells a sad but happy story about two siblings getting ready for the dance, which scares them away. Gigi asks Jojo to dance with her outside under the stars no matter what happens, they will be there for each other.

Cold Dream plans to cover the dreams with solid, hard cement, and Gigi, who found a new spell called Dream Blizzard to restore everyone's dreams, sabotages Cold Dream's evil plans.
Gigi and Jojo are well very pleased when their mother, the queen of Astralnasa announces that they will have a reunion. King and Queen of Astralnasa plan to decorate the place until the Dream Twins arrives.
Introduction: Nyar, Notebook, Vanilla, and Squawk
Cara doesn't want to go to her Aunt Helen's house, and Squawk asks the Twins, "If you try to make me, I'll run away". The Care Bears go to convince Cara that running away isn't right, and while the mother fails to look for their children initially, Care apologizes for her actions, and Jojo says that he needs to use the bathroom. Nyar turns out to watch Jojo, as he wanders the carnival and comes across a tent, where Cold Dream is has kidnapped the lost children. Jojo tells Nyar to alert Gigi, only he got caught by Cold Dream and learned that he's after the children's dreams. Nyar warns Gigi that Jojo is in trouble. Gigi transforms into an acrobat performer to save Jojo and the children.

Gigi has lost her memory as Dori makes a call, claiming she hit her head against a tree. She sneaks out and runs up to her teacher Miss Kari, who she doesn't remember, while Jojo found our from Dori that she's gone missing. Her friends believe her, and go to find Gigi. Along with Nyar, Notebook, Vanilla, and Squawk, Jojo must help her recover her memory.
Gigi feels happy about Dori having a date after she meet a archaeologist name Claudio. The Dream Twins try to make him feel welcome, which it seem to work.
Cold Dream is trying to make a plan how to wreck Claudio and Dori's wedding by sending Claudio and Dori into a loop dream would they would get married over and over but his plan failed as Gigi and Jojo restored their dreams back to normal.
- Episode 20: The Night Gigi gets Napped (Part 1 of the Season Finale)
It is a glorious night for Gigi gets kidnapped by Cold Dream. As Gigi is trying to break free with her dream wand, it got broken by Cold Dream while Jojo's dream charm stopped working, knowing that Cold Dream has broken her dream wand.
- Episode 21: The Last Chance (Part 2 of the Season finale)
Jojo is so depressed that she loses her "sister" trying to cheer Grumpy Bear up because of Cold Dream. When the other Care Bears and the Care Bear Cousins notice this, they try to cheer both of them up by making a "Dream scepter". It has no effect on it, but it makes him be able to transform and cast spells for a few tries and they leave the show. Jojo's mother convinces him that when anyone dreams, nobody gives up, so in her gift, she makes a new and better Dream charm ( which then helps him calls out his Dream Scepter as he makes way to save Gigi.
Jojo,with his improved dream charm, is prepared to rescue Gigi and defeat Cold Dream, as he transforms into a soldier. Jojo managed to set Gigi free and make her dream charm new and improved, Gigi helps him by calling out her Dream Scepter and they manage to fire the Dream Synchro to defeat Cold Dream.

Gigi and Jojo gets a letter unknowingly from Sea Gigi which Claudio announced the family move out of house in Kansas and into a new home in London.
- Episode 25: The Magnificent Brenda Jo Brenda Jo uses her love amulet to try to capture Jojo's heart and Brave Heart while they are on a caring call.
- Episode 26: The Birth of Dark Gigi No Dream receives a uninvited guest named Dark Gigi, who was created by Jojo's doubts.
- Episode 27: Jojo's Three Sisters Jojo helps a reincarnated Sky Gigi clean up her chimney as she accepts his help to find his sister.
- Episode 28: The Big Movie Sing-off Cold Dream unleashes his revenge as a director to try and destroy Gigi, Sky Gigi, and Sea Gigi as he drives Jojo off the film set.
- Episode 29: Camp Gigi The three Gigis and Jojo go camping and find themselves in big trouble when they run into Dark Gigi!
- Episode 30: No Sister Like Big Sister Gigi as an adult helps Jojo regain his confidence after his failure to protect her, but Beastly and Shreeky do their best to stop him. Meanwhile, Nyar as Gigi, and the other two Gigis go playing in the park.
