Forum: Proposal to amend the privacy policy for spam prevention

There has been excessive spamming through the past years and we will need a new privacy to stop spam by infracting spammers.

Sec.A17.031. SUBSTITUTED INFRACTION THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITE. (a) If substituted infraction of citation is authorized under the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, the Central Bureaucracy may prescribe as a terms of service under those rules an electronic notice sent to the user through its' talk page if the Central Bureaucracy finds that:

(1) the user maintains a spam article or discussion page on Bubblegum Wiki;

(2) the spam on the created article or discussion page is the offense of the user;

(3) the user regularly spams the administrative or non-existing user account; and

(4) the user could reasonably be expected to receive actual infraction if the electronic notice were sent to the user’s account.

Amendment by Edtropolis:

1. Calls on the User and its non-users to cease concrete spam on its talk page, created or existing article on vandalism against this wiki in advertising, which called for a ban on all spammers on Bubblegum Wiki;

2. Demands a user to eliminate its' spam in the media will of necessity involve action in the digital field; considers that this requires the launching of initiatives coordinated at EU level with a view to developing a genuine culture of equality on the internet; calls on the Commission to draw up in partnership with the parties concerned a charter to which all internet operators will be invited to adhere;
