Jtaylor, Is posting or uploading fan art on this wiki or anywhere on the net illegal? If not, can I upload my fan art on Flickr or Photobucket and post it here? - unsigned by Edtropolis
Posting fan art on this wiki or anywhere else on the web is considered a felony crime. Don't ask me why, but it's a violation of someone's derivative work unless you give credit to the artist. It's copyright. However, unless you place a disclaimer under your fan art saying for example: "I do not own Shin-chan or any of the characters from this show. All Shin-chan characters belong to Usui, Shin-ei Animation, TV Asahi." would be considered "Fair Use".--Jtaylor1
