Welcome to HELL, Enemy Users

Below are listed specific rules Jtaylor1 have put into place for enemy users. These users have either been declared as "Unlawful Enemy Combatants", are given specific sentencing based on their terror, tendencies to act dissently, etc.

The rules here are to be dealt with by Jtaylor1 only. If you see one of the enemy users causing terror in one of the listed manners, just SHUT THE HELL UP or you'll become just like them. Do not take it upon me to retroactively because their edits terroristic as they are.
