Ashibe and Shin: Dimensional Adventure (Originally titled "Ashibe and Shin")

The film opens in San Dimas, California in the year 2688 AD. Josh-chan prepares to build a time-traveling phone booth to travel back to 1988 to ensure Shin and Eddie–dimensional travel to form the TV show "Wyld Chefs", whose cooking will become the core of the future's animal society. Shin finds that Eddie is on the verge of failing his cooking class, and, should Eddie fail, his mother, Patty Sakurada will ship him off to an Alaskan Cooking academy, effectively ending the pair's dreams of forming a TV show.
As the two attempt to write a recipe by asking customers questions at a local Big Box Mart, Josh-chan comes in time with the invention and introduces The Dimensional Gateway to them. Though Shin and Eddie are skeptical of Josh-chan, they are convinced to listen to him explain the situation to them. Josh-chan reveals to Shin and Eddie that they can use the Dimensional gateway to travel to any unknown worlds, which can transport the user anywhere in other dimensions. Josh-chan briefly send the pair as test subjects to another where they find a boy name Ashibe is preparing to dig up and Shin and Eddie watches him while eating french fries but gets bored and heads home. A seal named Goma-chan spots crumbs of french fries that fells and eat them up. They head back into the dimensional portal but Goma-chan is follows behind them as it travels through the Circuits of History. They return to the their world and Josh-chan leaves Shin and Eddie with the booth, stating that they will be able to travel anyplace in other world, but only as long as they deliver his recipe on-time. After Josh-chan leaves, they discover that they accidentally brought Goma-chan back to the their world with them. Shin and Eddie form an idea for their report to go back to Ashibe's world and explain what they think of San Dimas of the present. Bill and Ted leave their world after school on the next day, while they travel Ashibe's world to complete Eddie's recipe.
Shin and Eddie first encounter Ashibe after helping him bring back Goma-chan. With Ashibe they travel to TV station where they meet his grandfather. They convince Ashibe's grandfather to televise them when they "philosophise with him" using the quotes from the TV show to Chef in the Wind. They decide to travel to the Nepal where they nearly become attacked by an abominable snowman. They find out that the snowman is a pet of Sugao and Chit Chan, so they attempt to help them with Eddie's recipe only to be stopped and sentenced to be executed by the King. They manage to escape being beheaded with the help of Billy and Socrates who disguise themselves as executioners in order to rescue Bill and Ted. They then travel to the future where they find Ashibe's Grandfather's Secretary, Peppeppe, they decide that they should say something wise to the crowd that gathers. Peppeppe advices Eddie to "Be friends with her" while Shin tells him to "Move on!". After the detour to the future they decide to kidnap more historical figures for extra credit on their recipe when they next end up in Vienna, Austria and encounter and kidnap Sigmund Penny. They continue to travel through time to kidnap Cici, Georgie, Cutie Gluko, and Miss Ruko. The dimensional gate malfunctioning and they end up in Ashibe's grandfather's TV station. While there they reboot the dimensional using tin pudding cans and bubble gum. Once the booth is repaired they attempt to return to the present but end up returning on the previous day outside the Circle K with Rufus introducing himself to their past selves. Bill and Ted recount their experience to their past selves, and learn how to properly return to the present from Josh-chan in order to give their history report on time.
They return to Ashibe's house. They ask Ashibe's mom to give them a ride but she refuses insisting that Ashibe finish his chores. With the help of the Historical Figures, they clean Ashibe's house. Peppeppe take Eddie to the San Dimas Shopping Mall, where they tell him to enjoy themselves in the food court while Ashibe and Shin search for Goma-chan and Chiro. They find Chiro at a baseball field only to find out that Shin brought Goma-chan to their world the night before. Bill and Ted go off to search for him, finding him enjoying himself at a local water zoo, "Waterloo". When they return to the mall, they find the other Historical Figures have been arrested by Ted's father due the chaos they caused while unsupervised at the mall. The two try to figure out how to rescue them when they realize they can use the time machine to go back in time and plant elements, such as the keys to the cell in which the Historical Figures are being held, at the police station for their escape plan. They successfully free the Historical Figures and make it to the school on time for their report. The report, presented in the style of a rock concert, in which Bill and Ted engage in entertaining discussions and demonstrations with each of the Historical Figures is an outstanding success, and Eddie pass their course.
In the epilogue, Rufus joins Bill and Ted as they practice music and congratulates them on their report. Rufus brings in Princesses Elizabeth and Joanna, whom he rescued from their father, explains that he has introduced them to the modern century, and that they too are destined to be part of Wyld Stallyns.
