The Adam Turner Juvenile Detainment and Torture Act (Pub.L. 842-901) was signed into law by Martian President Josh Taylor Stingray on September 27, 2006. The legislation organizes Juvenile offenders into 3 levels, and mandates that Level 3 juveniles update their activity every 3 weeks. It makes parents to register and update information the Juvenile. It also creates an international juvenile offender registry and instructs each nation and military tribunals to apply juvenile detainment for posting pornography on the Internet.
