The Time Between Times, also called the T.B.T, is the Place were Time Travel is monitered and policed.

The First Room of the T.B.T. was built by Thomas W. Taylor the 3rd (Trip) He Created the Room with directed temporial energy and a paperclip dont ask how. its classified. the room was five feet square and 8 feet high. This room became the point were travelers matterialise.
