HB Journal for Aug 11, 1940

I felt pretty good lying in bed this morning but then I had to get up and eat my breakfast & polish my shoes before going to S.S. & Church.

We had Rev. Kaufman back with us again. It was a nice morning and so it wasn't hard to stay in church.

I had dinner down home & spent the afternoon over home swimming etc.

Three bros. & Everett & I stopped in to see Jane on our way to sing with the County Chorus at the Lititz spring park. We got home real late.
