It was quite all right but I mention it anyhow. Jane was still in bed after I had been up and had my breakfast and went off to work. She wasn't even sick.

The office was full of our own salesmen and even at that, customers kept coming and we were busy. Time passed rapidly.

In the afternoon we went down and washed and cleaned our car. We came back and fiddled around the chickens etc.

After supper I went to the P.O. and store while Jane just sat around and took it easy.
