Faceville was founded in 1521, by a group of raving lunatics, and was then called Faklot. During it's first couple of hundred years, it remained a fairly normal village with a couple of rivers lakes and forests. Then in 1854, a group of 200 stormed the village and took over, killing all the villagers in a bloody mess of bodies. During the next 60 years, more buildings were erected, as well as a bridge, so people could cross the Charlton River with more ease. In 1921, it was the 400th birthday of Faceville. This was no celebrated, as knowone felt that this was of any significance. Until 1985 nothing of any real interest happened, then in that year, the first ever Tour de FaceVille was held. This is when people gather from miles around to do a cycle. It starts off at the Primary School and finishes at Faceville FC stadium. The winner gets £4,000,000, which is raised from the local casino. This tournament is held once every four years.
