Until High School, the 2009 Class Government was known only as the Student Council.

High School Council
The high school student council is the lower form of government of the 2009 executive system—it is second to the Excecutive board. I think it consists of member from all of the grades, and serves functions such coordinating school dances and other events. It is rumored to possess assets of over $10,000.
