Transmodulator

The Transmodulator was the weapon designed and built by Doctor Aloysius Animo. It was a helmet that allowed him to manipulate the genetics of animals. It worked in stages allowing it to reach its full potential:

• Phase One: Creates and accelerates mutations at a genetic level.
• Phase Two: Reanimation of Dormant Cells

By using the Transmodulator, a device of his own design, Animo can mutate animals into giant versions of themselves. The second phase of his work involves reanimating dead cells, literally bringing dead animals back to life.

The original Transmodulator, that was broken, has since become one of Ben's Souvenirs. Also the final pieces that Animo needed to finish building it are located at Mega Mart.
