Bio

Shipon is an assassin who works for Manny Kimmel, governor of Comedia. She grew up in Rantonia and began working for Ozzal at the beginning of her reign as governor. Shipon was good friends with Emiri and when Shipon was hired by Manny Kimmel, Emiri gave Shipon a multipurpose Rockenbacker Bass Guitar. Shipon was then sent to assassinate Ozzal. For unknown reasons, she ended up building a tricycle bomb that she thought blew up Eric Ominae, but was killed by him shortly after. She was interviewed by Yupat before the TomTwo incident occured.

She is kept in a cryogenic containment chamber for no reason yet revealed.
