So it's like 500 years after the Apocalypse, right? And there are these vampires. Most of whom are evil. And then there's the Vatican, which is mostly populated by dolts except for the AX, which like fights for justice and truth and stuff. And there are all of these nuns and priests, all of whom are exorbitantly attractive, and people who wear funky robes and beanbag hats. And they fight the vampires, and stuff blows up, and the subbies crab because supposedly the ending sucks. (which it does)

Characters

Abel Nightroad (Krusnik)-- gorgeous traveling priest with pale blue eyes, miles of silver hair and sweet-but-badass personality. Has several secret identities with mysterious powers, and is a complete babe magnet but never seems to notice. Is he mourning a lost love or is he secretly (as the fangirls would have it) seeing Tres the Gunslinger? Who knows for sure?

Tres Iqus (Gunslinger)--totally kickass robot marksman with cool deadpan voice and glowing red cyborg eye. Generally travels with Sister Kate on the Iron Maiden (air guitar riff here). Is actually the most popular character on the show with Japanese (and many American) fans.

Leon de Asturias (Dandelion)--hawt bare-chested Spanish priest who uses a chakram weapon and is the Protector of All Kids (like Gamera, only prettier).
