Sarah Clark is the leader of the Socialist Party of Gevon. She is known for her left-wing social and economic policies that would benefit all levels of Gevon’s divided socioeconomic classes. Clark suggests that the nation does not require the massive military that it currently has and embraces the fine art of diplomacy over all-out war. This ‘defense reduction program’ she has been quoted to say during an interview has seen massive outrage from Nationalists and Ultra-Nationalists.

Sarah attended Hawkner University outside the city of Kingstown in 1982 and graduated with masters in education with a doctorates’ degree in political theory. After going to college, Clark became a high school political science teacher in numerous towns including Capetown and Petersburg but after 10 years of teaching and the slow decline of the Monarchy, Sarah decided it was her chance to get into politics. Once Lord Steven fell from power, she formed the SPG (Socialist Party of Gevon) based in Petersburg, a major slum north of the metropolitan area of Lito.

Sarah was married to Jean-Paul DeWolf before they divorced after a major argument over an affair Jean-Paul was having with another woman for over 10 years. She remained unmarried for 6 years before she met her current husband, Henry who is a major investor in the stock market and a co-owner of a small telecommunications firm in New Hong just recently nationalized into the large GevonTelecom. They have one child, Marie (aged 5) who is about to begin preschool. Clark and her husband own a small countryside estate outside Petersburg where she does quite a bit of horseback riding and sailing in her sailboat on the nearby Lake Sous.

Clark is the mayor of her hometown of Petersburg where she has made major improvements in the city’s welfare and social policies. The citizens of Petersburg have experienced a major boost to their economy and the standard of living has increased at a higher rate than what President White promised in his pledge during his presidential campaign. After her loss in the first round of the Presidential Elections, she returned to the busy mayorship of Petersburg where she continues her socialist policies. Recently she was able to convince the National Assembly for a five million Roi grant to rebuild the city’s crumbling public transportation network. Profits from the mass transit system will assist in the reconstruction of the city’s public healthcare system.
