- There has been a flurry of rule adaptations and activity in the last few weeks. Nomicapolis had its first rule transmuted from mutable to immutable when proposal 345 was adopted with a unanimous vote.
- Another first in Nomicapolis history was the creation of a new position: Scorekeeper, with the ratification of rule 354. Elections for the first Scorekeeper, as well as for the Judge for January are now under way.
- One rule which has the potential to change the game is Rule 356. It passed via a 3-2 vote, but may have unintended results. For more on this see Breaking News!
- The Canton era has also begun here in Nomicapolis. Rule 355 created these new subdivisions within Nomicapolis and divides the Citizens among these areas. Watch for more regarding this new aspect of the game coming soon.
- Inactive status also got a rehaul as Rule 349 passed this week.
