How do i put this in a nice way boy ..... They are character sin the movie and part of the userverse. The movie takes place 25 after your comics take place, when users are older and off on their own. These are People in the newly formed Gotham city. As far as I'm concerned and how hard i'm working on this animation, they deserve a place here. You'll see once the first chapter is done. The movie is canon. I just like told ya the whole backbone of the movie setting.

the batman villain articles that appear are villains in the movie. See Joker highlighted? On Arkham i have them highlighted in case my movie is a breakthrough ratings gem.
