Penguin's Warehouse

The Penguin uses this warehouse whenever he has some business to deal with or meetings to join. It used to be an old department store and has two floors with working escalators.
The old dressing rooms are now reenforcement with steal and used as torture chambers. The basement holds his various crimebirds and an escalator down from the basement leads to a giant illegal weapons plant.
He used this warehouse to create the Logans and it holds a giant ape in it's hidden corridor behind the weapons plant.
When he found Plumber sneaking in trying to proof he was manufacturing illegal weapons, Penguin ordered him killed and has been after him since.
