You must be min lvl 20, max lvl 55. Then bring me: 20 Tarantula eyes, 5 Dead fish, 3 Flasks of bluish liquid, 2 Jarko's spellbooks, 2 Pouches of witch hazel, 1 Blade of sharpness, 1 Fine steel +2 weapon of the same type being quested for (battle axe/mace/dagger/scimitar) and 100000 gold.
