You are enticed by the $75,000 salary, 401K plan, paid vacations, and dental plan. You sign your soul away to a big corporation and start work two weeks after your 22nd birthday. You don the classic office attire that you used to laugh at as a child. The tie feels uncomfortable around your neck, and you wonder how you got here. The boss shows you to your cubicle and introduces you to some coworkers. They seem like nice folk and you share your cubicle with a guy named David. He likes reading, crossword puzzles, and walking his dog. Yawn. You start doing the menial office tasks that are assigned to you. After your eight hour shift you return to your small apartment and repeat this for the next four years. During this time, you have your fair share of significant others, friends, experiences, and memories but you still lack a spark in your life.
