Step in and help Jason before trouble begins

The big guy grabs Jason by the collar and yanks him away from the girl. He raised his right hand and transforms his hand into a fist. Just as he is about to hit Jason's nose, you step in front and take the punch instead. You fall back on Jason and the two of you land on the table (luckily it was empty). You slowly get up, feeling the punch taking it's affect on you. When you can stand, you help Jason up. You look at the hitter and see the bartender has held him back from hitting you. It was a good thing otherwise you may still be lying down, and not on a table. Jason however, is still vamped from the hit and wants to take on the big guy.
