The informal name for Biodome 45667, ID no. 78512. It's where you where born, and part of the government's program to keep track of the population. It shall never exceed 100 in each Sanctuary, or else people will be moved. If the total population is above 9,900 people (not including the government), people will be executed at random. It has never had to happen.
